The 2017 Community Connections Elgin St. Thomas Resource Guide of Basic Needs and Support services is now available online at SouthWesthealthline.ca and www.ywcastthomaselgin.org. Print copies are available at many service provider locations in St Thomas and Elgin County. The guide contains comprehensive information about local sources of support with food, housing, income support, employment, mental health and more.
