County of Grey Holding Public Meetings about Long-Term Care

Grey County has some important decisions to make about the future of long-term care and other services for seniors.  On March 30 and 31, the County is holding information meetings to share details of a long-term care review and to give residents an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with Grey County staff:

Durham Community Centre
Thursday, March 30, 2017
451 Saddler St W, Durham
7pm-9pm

Centre Grey Recreation Complex
Friday, March 31, 2017
75 Walker Rd, Markdale
7pm-9pm

The evening will begin with a short presentation by Lynne Johnson, Director of Long-Term Care. The floor will then be open to ask staff questions and to share comments. Because time is limited, each speaker will have two minutes to make their statement. The meetings will be videotaped. Anyone who doesn’t get a chance to speak and wants to share their feedback can email LTCreview@grey.ca or call 519-376-9477. Comment cards will also be available.

If you are interested in learning more about the long-term care review, visit the website.  If you have questions about the meeting, please email communications@grey.ca.
