Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) is proud to announce the release of its 2024/25 Annual Report to the Community, highlighting a year of progress, innovation, and its unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding care for life.
This year’s Annual Report reflects on significant milestones across the organization, including messages from hospital leadership and our newly launched Strategic Plan - a forward-looking roadmap that will guide the hospital through the next five years of growth and transformation. The report also spotlights major advancements in Diagnostic Imaging, as well as numerous quality improvement initiatives that underscore CGMH’s dedication to deliver high-quality care through inspired people, strong partnerships, and innovation.

Each year, the CGMH Board of Directors honours teams who demonstrate extraordinary contributions and impact across the hospital’s strategic pillars. The 2024/25 recipients have gone above and beyond in their commitment to advancing healthcare excellence in our community.
