Establishment of South West LHIN Priority Action Teams

The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) has completed its Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) and is now in the process of establishing its Priority Action Teams to move the priorities forward.

Priority Action Teams (PATs) will play a critical role in overseeing and shaping the activities to be completed for each integration priority and associated action plans. These activities include completing an environmental scan, engaging health and community partners, including the public, and developing recommendations and implementation strategies.

In addition, a Health Human Resources (HHR) Advisory Group will be established to provide advice on health human resource education, training, retention and recruitment strategies associated with advancing each priority.

To learn more about the Priority Action Teams and the HHR Advisory Group or to indicate your interest in participating on a PAT Team, please visit the South West LHIN website.
