Service Description: Mental health centre offering a full range of services for persons with a serious mental illness

Intensive Case Management - An interdisciplinary team of both CMHA and Grey Bruce Health Services staff work to meet the complex needs of clients with serious mental illness who require a high degree of support in their community * program assists clients by bringing mental health services into their community and homes to increase the individual's quality of life and allow them the opportunity to work towards recovery
