Service Description: Emergency housing for people with serious mental illness who are homeless/at risk of homelessness and can be diverted from the justice system

Emergency housing with outreach support is available for up to 45 days * linkage to longer term housing stability and additional community/health resources is a primary focus
Fees: Rent geared-to-income

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults with a serious mental illness and/or addiction
