Service Description: Recreation and wellness centre for older adults * fitness centre * two pools (one size and one warm therapy pool) * full service cafe with frozen take home meals available for purchase * transportation services to and from the centre available
  • fitness (exercise classes, tai chi, yoga, kick boxing, line dancing)
  • aquatic program with Aqua-fit and gentle fit classes
  • sports leagues (pickleball, badminton, carpet ball, floor curling)
  • card games (bridge, euchre, cribbage)
  • social programs (music, crafts, social group, bingo)
  • day trips
  • luncheons, special events, day trips, educational seminars, health fairs, guest speakers
  • full-service fitness room
  • drop-in programs
Fees: Membership fee * based on household income * range: $115 to $250/year
