Service Description: Hot and frozen meal delivery * special diet types available *
Hot and nutritious meals delivered to your door Mon-Fri at 12noon. Meals consist of a main course, soup or salad and dessert. 


Frozen meals are also available for pick up at St Marys Friendship Centre. Limited supply at the FC but orders are placed with Apetito every 3 weeks and meals can be picked up or delivered.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
