Service Description: Non-emergency transportation to local medical and non-medical appointments and regular activities such as shopping, errands and social outings * volunteer drivers use their own vehicles and also provide a friendly visit along the way

Wheelchair accessible van and ambulatory transportation is available in Aylmer, East Elgin, St Thomas and Central Elgin

Provides transportation to St Thomas vaccine site for adults age 55 and over or adults with disabilities at a cost (VON intake process must be completed, call 519-637-6408)
