Service Description: Respite support for children 0-17 years of age who have a developmental and/or physical disability
  • provides temporary relief to caregivers 
  • support may be provided by Support Workers screened by VON and matched with families based upon needs

Passport Program offers community participation supports and respite for adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities * support is based upon the individuals needs, goals and vision * 8% administrative fee for this program.
Fees: Special Services at Home Program is free * Passport program has an 8% Administrative fee
