learn how grow vegetables * garden plots available

Good Food Box
- bulk buying program offering monthly baskets of healthy, affordable produce to support more fruit and vegetables in the diet

Cooking Kids
- Monthly cooking program for children aged 7-9 years * a make-and-take meal to share with family
 
At the Kitchen Table - Monthly program for youth aged 10-12 years where they share a homemade meal and discuss various topics

Better Bites - Seasonal food demonstration, taste test and discussion by Diabetes team

Craving Change - Small group program for adults designed to help understand the reasons why we eat and provide strategies for improving problematic eating behaviours * offered 1-2 times per year

Adult Baking Club
- Teaches young adults how to bake * supported by Coordinator of Community Support Service and Program Assistant

Kitchen Kids - Monthly cooking program for parents with children ages 2 1/2 to 6 years * children prepare and try food while parents learn tips for including children in the kitchen

Krazy Kitchen - Monthly program for adults to cook, taste and bring home samples to share * children's programming available

Mens Cooking - Cooking lessons and health education program for men and an opportunity to share recipes
