Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
Provides supervised activities in a group setting * caregivers are given respite, support information and appropriate agency referral
- friendship and leisure activities
- personal care
- counseling
- exercise program
- outings and recreational activities weather permitting
- blood pressure checks and weight monitoring
