Hospital and community-based mental health services for people with a serious mental illness or addiction * inpatient and outpatients services

Assertive Community Treatment Team
- Comprehensive integrated recovery-focused services to people with a serious mental illness
|
|
Case Managment Program
- Case Management workers offer short-term, goal-oriented services to improve mental health, quality of life and opportunity to work towards recovery * includes life skills training, community support and advocacy for people who have a serious mental illness

Community Addiction Treatment Services (CATS)
- Outpatient addiction assessment treatment, referral and follow-up services
|
|
Community Mental Health Service Coordinator
- Resources, collaboration, and consultation to service providers, consumers, families, and the legal system regarding information about mental health legislation and community treatment orders

Crisis Intervention Team and Crisis Support Program
- Help to people and families who are in mental health crisis or emergency situations
|
|
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program (DBT)
- Skill training groups to help people with Borderline Personality Disorder

Dual Diagnosis Program
- Assessment, consultation, treatment and support to hospitals, doctors, service providers, patients and families living with a dual diagnosis (diagnosed developmental disability who are experiencing a mental health problem)

Family Crisis Support Worker
- Support to family members who are seeking treatment of a relative or friend in a psychiatric and/or psychosocial crisis at the emergency department of the Owen Sound Hospital

Prevention and Early Intervention Program for Psychosis (PEPP)
- Recovery-focused comprehensive case management and treatment for people experiencing symptoms or warning signs of a first incident of psychosis or at risk of psychosis * includes psychoeducation, assessment, treatment planning, one-on-one and group counselling, family support and education, community education

Psychiatric Urgent Clinic
- Timely and comprehensive psychiatric assessment for urgent, non-emergent mental health problems * includes medication clinic, geriatric clinic, child psychiatry clinic * time-limited follow-up available

Sexual Assault and Partner Abuse Care Centre (SAPACC)
- Emotional support, medical care and counselling for victims of recent sexual assault, adult survivors of sexual abuse and survivors of partner abuse

Wellness and Recovery Centre
- 45-bed facility that provides a safe environment for individuals in need of support and management of their substance use and mental health concerns.
