or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels * medications * healthy eating * exercise and other lifestyle choices * Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurse
and Registered Dietitian on staff * Certified Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Centre:
- individual and group counseling
- medication adjustment
- insulin initiation and adjustment
- insulin pump therapy
- gestational management
- glucometer teaching
Insulin Pump Program:- education and support for adults 18+ with type 1 diabetes who are using or considering using an insulin pump
