Service Description:
|
116 bed apartments with 15 life lease units and personal care to people qualified for the Assisted Living Program * offers in-home support on a scheduled and unscheduled basis for high-risk seniors or adults with physical disabilities.
Services include:- medication dispensation
- glucose and blood pressure monitoring
- insulin management
- meal preparation
- laundry
- basic wound care
Program is also offered to those in the hub area outside of Spruce Lodge if they are eligible for the program by Ontario Health atHome.
