Service Description: Finding Your Way - multicultural safety awareness program for persons with dementia * intended to raise awareness of risks of people with dementia going missing and prevent such incidents * resources on a number of safety-related topics * available in multiple languages

Medic-Alert Foundation- Nation-wide program * provides emergency contact information and critical health information about registered participants * participants wear engraved identification * emergency 24-hour hotline staffed by medically trained specialists * 24/7 access for emergency responders to subscriber information
