Offers accommodation supports at a variety of homes that are located throughout London with supports provided as required by trained professional staff
Supports may include:- personal care
- assistance with activities of daily living
- finances
- meal planning and preparation
- access to medical care
- recreation and leisure activities
Vacancies are filled with referrals from Developmental Services Ontario
