Offers accommodation supports at a variety of homes that are located throughout London with supports provided as required by trained professional staff
Supports may include personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, finances, meal planning and preparation, access to medical care, recreation and leisure activities
Vacancies are filled with referrals from Developmental Services Ontario
