Service Description: Community-based support services for adults with a developmental disability.

Community Based Supports - Helps people become part of the community through employment, volunteering and community participation

Life Planning - Summer supports to high school students (July and August) assisting teens to become involved in summer activities * encourages students to engage in future planning

Community Development - Participates in and initiates community development projects with various partners including:
  • North Perth Community of Character - Community council providing information, training and events to engage North Perth citizens and businesses to become a more inclusive community
  • Self Advocates of North Perth - Group support for supported North Perth citizens with a developmental disability that focuses on living in the community * community awareness through ongoing participation with community events and fundraising efforts
  • Perth Voices - Provides people with disabilities opportunities to feel confident and connected through advocacy and support groups
