Personal Counselling - Includes individual counselling with registered psychotherapists and registered social workers * topics of counselling include but are not limited to: stress, grief and loss, family or relationship issues, depression, substance use, abuse issues

Peer Support Services - Support from fellow students who are trained in active listening, communication skills, wellness strategies and more * email peersupport@fanshawec.ca

Groups and Workshops - Groups and workshops to support students' wellbeing * includes: Autism Spectrum Disorder Group, Test and Presentation Anxiety, Accessibility Peer Support Group, and more

Sexual Violence Prevention and Support - Confidential support of students who have experienced gender-based violence, either historical or recent, on-campus or off-campus * supports include, but not limited to: counselling, academic accommodations, information on services and legal and reporting options
