Service Description: The London and District Stroke Recovery Chapter with March of Dimes Canada, provides stroke survivors and their caregivers with a safe and friendly place to connect with others, share their lived experiences, feel heard, and receive support navigating their stroke recovery journey.

The meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday of the month, and is open to all stroke survivors, their caregivers, and family members. (call After Stroke Support Line  1-888-540-6666)
