Service Description: Helps parents and caregivers understand the features of normal crying patterns in infants to prevent shaken baby syndrome

Nurses provide one-on-one education to families ahead of discharge home from hospital after baby's birth * education includes a booklet and DVD or app code, focused on infant development and coping strategies for infant crying
Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
