Service Description: CMWP includes two components, Sunrise and Skyscrapers * designed to be responsive to the individual needs of each child and family * Interactive, inclusive and age-appropriate individual and group programming will support participants in building capacity and skills in the areas of resilience, coping strategies, mindfulness, emotion regulation, conflict resolution, social/life skills and more *24/7 crisis support also available to assist children and families who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or crisis.
