Service Description: Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools and other places that are required to be smoke- and vapour-free * regulates the sale, supply, use, display, and promotion of tobacco and vapour products (e.g., vapes, e-cigarettes, and e-substances), and the smoking and vaping of cannabis
