Service Description: A free prenatal group education and nutrition support program for pregnant individuals and young adults (teens) who have a difficult time accessing healthy food * partners or a support person are also encouraged to attend

Weekly sessions cover topics including:
  • healthy eating
  • meal preparation
  • food safety
  • healthy lifestyles
  • pregnancy changes
  • fetal development
  • healthy relationships
  • labour and birth
  • postpartum and newborn care
  • breastfeeding and community supports

* Healthy food, food vouchers, bus tickets, and free prenatal vitamins offered at each session
