Changing Minds with Youth - Resources on on a wide range of mental health topics * tools to help manage mental health challenges * virtual and in-person forums to connect with support and other youth

About Us
One in five people will experience a mood disorder (depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder). Hope + Me is dedicated to offering free support and programs to individuals and their families ;living with a mood disorder. We provide this through awareness, education, and training; family and youth clinical support; recovery programs; and peer support.
