Collects information on telemarketing, advanced fee fraud letters and identity theft complaints * provides assistance and intelligence reports to law enforcement and regulatory agencies in Canada, the United States and abroad to assist in bringing action against fraudsters * individuals should also contact local police to file a report and to have the matter investigated * SeniorBuster program provides awareness/education to seniors groups
