Ongoing and emergency community supports to help people meet their basic needs and achieve self-sufficiency
- basic needs supplies including non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, and household goods
- financial assistance for rent and utilities

- Food Bank: Providing food assistance to individuals and families in our service region. Food hampers provided include pantry items and fresh produce/meat (depending on availability) * Clients can access food banks once every 30 days and must provide proof of address during their intake appointment

Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
- LEAP/OESP: Intake agency for LEAP and OESP programs through the Ontario Energy Board * LEAP assistance only available for Entegrus Hydro clients ONLY, who reside in our service region * OESP application assistance is available to all hydro clients residing in our service region
