Community and Family Services and Thrift Store - Addresses social needs through the administration of programs

Thrift Store - Sells used clothing and small furniture, small appliances, sports equipment, books, magazines and misc. items * Please drop donations during store hours: Tues-Fri 9am - 4:30pm  Sat 9am-3pm

Emergency Services - Provides emergency food, clothing and furniture to those in need including transients and those in crisis based on eligibility * emergency transportation available for both in town and out of town trips

Emergency Response - On-scene crisis response to incidents such as fire, multi-vehicle collisions, tornado, ice storms, floods * assists with evacuations , coordinates and provides disaster response, reception centre, bedding and clothing, coordinates clergy assistance * spiritual and pastoral counselling * part of the Oxford County Emergency Plan

Food Bank - Offers dried and canned food, seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, juices, and frozen meats and goods * infant food, formula, diapers * assistance accessed by appointment every six weeks if needed

Christmas Hamper Program - Food hamper * gifts for children 14 years and under * anyone in need at Christmas may apply * application required * transportation concerns may be addressed by calling the office

Children and Youth Programs - Subsidized summer camp programs

Other services include family tracing to reunite family members, * budgeting advice and support and referral to financial counselling * spiritual guidance
