Service Description: Multi-service charity providing health, recreation, entertainment and community centre for people of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and abilities

Public Pool - Five lane 25 metre lap pool with free form leisure play and therapy area * offers a range of programs including aquafit classes, swimming lessons, lane swims, hot tub and sauna * advanced training in first aid, CPR and life guarding

Wellness Centre and Conditioning Room - Offers cardio and strength training equipment, aerobic studio yoga, community meeting space * equipment orientation and access to personal trainers

Health, Fitness and Recreation Program - Physical activities and sports for people of all ages and abilities including yoga, Pilates, cardio and strength training. Personal Training is an option for additional cost. 90 day guided workout plans included in a YEnhanced Membership.

Sports Activities - NHL size ice rink, gymnasium * full range of adult, youth and children's programs including pickleball, basketball, soccer, volleyball league and floor hockey

School Age Programs - Before and after school program * children 4-12 years *soccer *basketball *swimming lessons*home alone and babysitting courses

Day Camps - Programs are offered during the summer, professional development days, March break and Christmas break
