Service Description: Transportation to medical appointments for on-reserve band members only * book at least 48 hours in advance for local trips * book at least 20 business days in advance with referral documents and confirmation letter or card from specialist for long-distance trips

Unplanned trips for non-life-threatening urgent treatment is available if driver is available and client is on a waiting list

Children aged 15 years and younger must be accompanied by adult * adults must provide CSA approved safety seats for children who need them

Application: Call at least 2 days in advance for local trips and 20 days in advance for long-distance trips * documentation required for long-distance trips
