Service Description: Support for youth experiencing homelessness, or at-risk homelessness, through prevention, advocacy, shelter and community connection services.

Shelter services support youth experiencing homelessness through 24/7 walk-in and telephone support, short-term emergency beds, basic needs, and housing, employment and education resources.

Outreach services support youth at risk of homelessness through prevention, family mediation, family reunification, trusteeship support and community consultations.
