Residents of Canada with Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 5 and up with training in a specific occupation of industry and need to improve occupation-specific communication and are a
- Permanent resident
- Convention refugees/Protected persons
- Ukrainian temporary resident, or a
- Temporary resident affected by the crisis in Gaza
