Service Description: Youth are assessed and provided an individual action plan to address personal needs and goals that assist in moving toward becoming self-sufficient * gain life skills training, pre-employment preparation and educational planning support through individual and group activities

  • Offer housing and diversion supports
  • Increase youth access to basic needs provisions that improve quality of life (food, laundry, basic needs, hygiene products, emergency foodbank) 
  • Increase youth access to nutrition and ongoing primary healthcare
  • Increase youth engagement in pro-social and life-skills enhancing programs and activities
  • Increase youth knowledge of relevant services that will assist them in reaching their goals
