Service Description:

Stroke recovery adult day program in collaboration with St Joseph's Health Care Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team and Woodstock Hospital Intensive Rehabilitation Outpatient Program * program focuses on regaining skills necessary for activities of daily living- rehabilitation
- social activities
- recreational activities
- exercise, health and wellness

Available at Woodstock Site for clients throughout Oxford County * offered most Tue and Wed * room for 2 clients * 2 PSW staff * RPN support can be arranged for as needed * disscuss with coordinator upon referral |
