Client Support Services - Support services and case management for Government-Assisted Refugees * helps clients gain skills and become independent in accessing government, health, and community services
 
Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) - Supports for newly arrived Goverment-Assisted Refugees * provides essential services to meet the immediate needs of refugees destined for London, and transferees during their first six weeks
 
Settlement Workers in Schools Program (SWIS) - Settlement workers based in schools help newcomer students and their families adjust to their school and community * team provides information on Ontario school system and supports communication between student/family and school * creates individual settlement plan to support family's transition to Canada
