Service Description: Support services for service providers who help with the care of older adults

Supports service providers, in-home care agencies (Ontario Health atHome and contracted providers), long-term care homes, community support services and doctors by providing access to palliative pain and symptom management nurse educators

Education and consultation to service providers offering end-of-life care * sessions includes basic and advance palliative-care training * consultation regarding pain and symptom management

Does not provide direct client/patient evaluation or care planning * does not include responding to inquiries or education activities for the general public
