Services include routine, preventive and emergency dental service, including:
  • dental cleanings and check-ups
  • x-rays

  • tooth extractions

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children and youths living in households which receive Ontario Works, Temporary Care Assistance, Ontario Disability Support Program or Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities
Children and youths are also eligible if they live in Ontario, are less than 17 years of age and their household income is less than a designated amount per year

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
