Service Description: Canadian Red Cross First Aid certification and recertification courses * offered week days and on weekends * training suitable for workplace or general interest *  also able to accommodate private training

Courses included:
  • Standard First Aid -one day comprehensive first aid training, includes injury prevention, CPR and AED content
  • Emergency First Aid - one day basic course which includes overview of first aid and CPR, includes injury prevention and AED content
  • CPR/AED - provides skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children and babies, includes training in the use of automated external defibrillator (AED)
  • Basic Life Support CPR/AED - provides advanced CPR skills for Nursing and PSW students, as well as all Dental and Heath Care professionals. Formerly known as the HCP level
  • Psychological First Aid - an innovative, compassionate solution designed to provide immediate support for employees facing emotional distress, fostering a safer, more connected, and resilient workforce, dealing with workplace stress, balancing personal and professional demands, or navigating more serious mental health crises
  • Joint Health and Safety Committee Part 1 and 2 - Learn about the roles and responsibility of a JHSC, how it fits into your workplace Internal Responsibility System. Become a master of the Green Book, controller of hazards, inspector extraordinaire, and an influencer of health and safety in your workplace.

Some courses are Blended Learning, part online and part in class.
