Service Description: Financial assistance programs to help people pay rent or utilities


Housing Stability Financial Assistance (HSFA) Program - Assistance with rental arrears, utility arrears, moving costs, and/or last month’s rent in order to prevent homelessness

Housing Allowance Program - Subsidies for tenants with private landlords to reduce tenant rent to affordable levels

Home Repair Program - Financial assistance for low-income homeowners needing emergency repairs in order to prevent homelessness

Affordable Homeownership Program  - Financial assistance with down payment for first-time home buyers

Low Income Energy Assistance Program - Assistance with hydro arrears for low-income Entegrus and Erth Power customers
