Service Description: In-person exercise program * one hour class led by a certified Seniors Fitness Instructor at the Bayfield Arena

Level 1- One hour (45 minutes exercise, 15 minutes cognitive activity) seated exercise class offered virtually over Zoom * Mon-Fri 10:30am-11:30am

Level 2 - Cardio class with balance and strength * Fri 10:30am-11:30am

Level 3 - Same as level 2 but with more intensity * Mon, Wed 9am-10:15am
