Physiotherapy clinic with
OHIP-insured physiotherapy clinic
Treatment programs provided by registered physiotherapists and registered kinesiologists may include:
- modalites to control pain and promote healing
- hands-on manual therapy
- supervised exercise within a fully-equipped gym and/or warm water pool program (off site at Regional Rec Centre staffed by registered kinesiologists)
- education by physiotherapist to improve function and avoid re-injury
Additional services include:
- acupuncture
- concussion management program
- vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and vertigo
- complex injury management for motor vehicle injuries, acquired brain injuries, and multiple fractures
- Osteoporosis Bone Fit program
- balance program
- sports-specific physiotherapy
- in-home mobility assessments to determine a persons eligibility for the Assistive Devices Program
- custom and off-the-shelf bracing and splints
- foot orthotics assessed and fitted by a certified pedorthist
- ergonomic services - In-office assessments and recommendations
- personal training
- temporomandibular joint rehabilitation (TMJ)
- registered massage therapy
- accredited to provide workplace and motor vehicle rehabilitation services by WSIB and auto insurers
