Service Description: Educational and recreational day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Centre offers life skills, wellness and fitness, health and nutrition programs * programs run for full-days and participants can choose the number of days to attend * varied activities include hiking, yoga, arts, music, meal planning and food preparation, and the opportunity to explore community resources and venues * participants help to create programming, suited to individual interests and motivations * small group size of six participants to one staff member
