Service Description: Seating and mobility assessments and treatments provided in-home and in-clinic to improve posture, comfort and ability to preform daily life activities with specialized seating or mobility devices

Services include:
  • general mobility assessments for walkers, wheelchairs (manual and electric/power), scooters, and general seating for cushions and backs
  • custom seating assessments/systems to improve posture and manage pressure relief/distribution to optimize healing of pressure wounds/ulcers
  • patients assessed for customized seating options (loading and offloading) to prevent ulcers/wounds
  • capacity assessments and applications
  • assistance with applying for funding
  • Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Authorizers
