Service Description: Peer support program offering: - counselling and support services for family members and individuals challenged with mood disorders and complex mental health needs - educational resources for family members - recovery programs for individuals and family members - family peer support groups; one-to-one family peer support - psycho-educational programs - system navigation - support networks and community outreach
Application: Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Please call, email or complete the online referral form.
