Service Description: Provides one-to-one support for individuals living with a mental health challenge, or supporting somebody else who lives with a mental health challenge. Support individuals who are interested in receiving support and working on an area of difficulty they are currently coping with. Program is available virtually across Ontario and in-person in Toronto.
Application: Referrals accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Please call, email or complete the online referral form. The program is free of charge and no diagnosis is required.
