Service Description: The Adult Gender Identity Clinic offers consultations and support to individuals who wish to explore issues related to their gender identity, which may include any degree of transgender expression, as well as comprehensive mental health assessments, support and referrals for surgery for clients seeking transition-related surgeries. The clinic provides consultation to primary care providers throughout the province and their patients regarding transition issues.
Application: Referral is required from a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.
