Service Description: Incontinence supplies funding program for children with chronic disability (mental or physical) * annual grants in two lump sum payments to cover costs of supplies for those that meet eligibility * administered by the Ministry of Health

Supplies covered: Diapers, swimmers and catheters and drainage bags

Top up grant: A single top-up payment for those eligible that are enrolled into the Incontinence Supplies Program * funded by the Government of Canada * once a year funding

  • Children and youth between the ages 3-18 years old
  • Have a chronic (mental or physical) disability
  • A resident of Ontario with a valid Ontario health card
