Service Description:

Pilot project led by SE Health and Greenshield Cares, for working caregivers (working at least 30hrs/week) can access 10 hours of free, home-based respite care (companionship, personal care, or help around the house) * pilot runs until January 2026 * complete online form to apply
In addition, Greenshield offers five hours of free, confidential virtual counselling and one-year complimentary subscription to Digital Cognitive Behavior Therapy to program participants
