Service Description: Guidance, advocacy, support and counselling to Deaf and hard of hearing individuals who need assistance managing everyday life events such as completing government forms, navigating systems, and coping with hearing loss. Includes help with: completing forms and applications, renewing driver's license and health card, navigating government services, attend meetings with yourself where additional support is needed.
Fees: Support services are free * set fees for devices and sign language interpreting services * membership available
