Service Description: Therapeutic foster care homes located in Ottawa-Carleton, Lanark County, and other regions across Eastern Ontario * supported by an Options Youth Case Manager, Child and Youth Worker, Part-Time Relief Workers and if needed access to a Therapy Program * licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services
Fees: A per diem rate is determined and paid by Ministry of Community and Social Services ( MCSS )
Application: Referrals are accepted from Children's Aid Societies * Family and Children's Services * and other agencies in Canada
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Birth to 18 years of age and challenged by various behaviors emerging as a result of mood disorders, attention deficits, abuse or neglect * other children and adolescents who can benefit from a stable family setting with experienced parent models are also assessed
